Surge Homes: Upper Richton Brochure Design

The Upper Richton brochure was designed to promote these large townhomes in the Kirby area of Houston. This neighborhood is very posh and these townhomes match that high-end, upscale life. When designing this brochure we decided putting content about the neighborhood would be a key selling point.
